Creatively Striving for Something Different?

Each of us can be inspired by a variety of ideas situation and things.  At times when we are creating it can be difficult for our ideas and thoughts to flow into applicable or usable forms. 

Some of us can remember or are experiencing when our creativity is flowing uninterrupted from idea to idea – our creations are being accepted and may even generate some income. 

• When everything is working for you creatively is similar to kismet where our ideas and opportunities are working in sync for the outcomes we imagined.  
• During these phases of creating the process of imaging and applying our ideas can feel easy. 

Those who create artistically love and enjoy when creating our works allows us to experience enjoyment and adventure in achieving our creative results. 

Other times there can be some indecision and frustrations along the process of mentally grasping the ideas we imagine and expressing them into form. 

• As we are creating many of us can run into challenges and stop-and-go energy.  There can be insecurities around whether your works of art will not only be understood but also appreciated. 
• It can be valuable to remember that we all are more creative when we are working on what we enjoy, have an emotional interest in and love to do. 

Some have learned to push through the obstacles (which may also be a necessary part of creating) to gain some momentum toward completing their creative works.

Considering a variety of ways to create your vision into art may allow inspiration to envision new ideas to creatively try something different.  Taking creative risks can open us up to experiencing new means of expression and some potential income. 

• Some who create illustrations, paint artwork and graphic art can take a risk and pivot into trying their hand at clay and sculpture art. 
• Those who creatively write novels may begin to write short stories just to get their creative juices flowing in a new direction. 
• Photographers who usually enjoy capturing realistic images may try their hand and vision toward pivoting into experiencing other types of visual art such as using found items to create unique structures and art. 

There are numerous paths to pivot or take a risk or try something different that can result in a new way of looking at situations and experiences.   Allowing your imagination to detour onto a different path can inspire and initiate creative ideas that may be outside of your norm which can give new energy and passion towards your creative endeavors.
