Some ideas and thoughts about optimistically empowering ourselves – Personal Power – it’s yours to use.

In our various working, personal and social areas our beliefs can be similar to walking a fine line between self-assurance and cooperation.

  • Applying your own power can be emotionally or psychologically important within personal and social environments.
  • As we work toward our goal or goals implementing our personal power can include discovering abilities and exercising some courage to acknowledge and handle problems as they occur.
  • We can work on being mentally or inwardly aware of what appears to be making us feel we are not empowered over our personal or social situations.  We can begin to consciously work from a sense of power over our thoughts and follow through with our behaviors and actions.

True personal power is a source of emotional, mental and inner strength that can assist in working through challenges to reach intentioned goals.
